Terms & Conditions

  • Orders may ship immediately if the item is in stock. If the item is out of stock, orders may ship in 2-3 weeks. A sales representative will confirm the estimated time that you can expect to receive your order. Once we have shipped your order, you will receive an email with your tracking number. All orders are shipped as soon as they are complete. Orders placed during the holidays or when there is a high volume of orders can take longer than the allotted time frame. If this is the case, we will always notify the customer.

  • By placing an order at Si Designs, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old or have parents' permission to buy from us.

  • The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order.

  • Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase.

  • Card information is transmitted over secure SSL encryption and is not stored.

  • Web orders are made-to-order and may take up to two weeks depending on available parts of purchased items

  • Each piece of Si Designs jewelry is hand-crafted and requires delicate handling

  • Any import duties and taxes are charged when the parcel reaches the destination country, and these charges must be paid by the recipient. Si Designs has no control over these charges as customs policies vary from country to country.

 

Payment

  • All products remain Si Designs property until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase. If you are under 18 years old you must have parents' permission to buy from Si Designs

 

  • All transfers conducted through Si Designs are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption. Please read the terms & conditions for the payment gateway chosen for the transaction as they are responsible for the transactions made.

 

  • Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense.
